Welcome to the Thrift Shop Boys online store (the “Store”), operated by Thrift Shop Boys (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this website and placing any order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Store.

Thrift Shop Boys sells pre-owned, estate, thrift, antique, collectible, and related items including (but not limited to) furniture, coins, toys, baseball cards, household goods, and other merchandise. All items are sold as-is.

3. Product Descriptions & Condition

  • We make reasonable efforts to describe items accurately, including condition, flaws, and measurements when available.
  • Because most items are pre-owned or from estates, they may show wear, age-related imperfections, or minor damage not fully captured in photos.
  • Colors may appear differently depending on your device and lighting.
  • We do not guarantee authenticity of coins, sports cards, or collectibles beyond the description provided at the time of listing.
  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated in a specific product listing or our Return Policy.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its available payment providers. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

5. Orders & Acceptance

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason (including pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud).
  • Once an order is accepted and payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation.

6. Shipping

  • Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control.
  • Local pickup may be available for certain items; details will be provided if offered.

7. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our separate Return Policy (available on the Store) for details. Unless a product listing or the Return Policy states otherwise, all sales of pre-owned and estate items are final.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Store (text, images, logos, design, etc.) is owned by or licensed to Thrift Shop Boys and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any content without our prior written permission.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THRIFT SHOP BOYS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE STORE OR ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thrift Shop Boys and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Store, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Houston County, Alabama.

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Store after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
